Reiki Levels Explained
Level 1
Level 1 Reiki training teaches the basics of Reiki, including its history, principles, and how to perform self-treatments. It also includes an attunement that opens energy channels to connect with universal life force energy.

Level 2
A Level 2 Reiki training is the second stage of Reiki practice, where students learn advanced techniques to deepen their healing abilities, including the use of sacred Reiki symbols to perform distant healing, access deeper energy levels, and often signifies the ability to begin practicing Reiki professionally on others.

What You Can Expect to Learn With Me
Over two deeply impactful days, you’ll be introduced to the foundations of Reiki, learning to connect with this universal energy to perform self-treatments and extend healing to others. Day One – Reiki is hands-on, you’ll gain the tools to nurture your personal well-being and support those around you. For those ready to take the next step, Day 2 training empowers you with the essential skills for professional practice, opening the path to becoming a Reiki practitioner. Day 1 : Learn to do Reiki on Yourself
- What is Reiki – the history and development
- Receive the “Ocean of Love” Reiki Experience – This healing experience utilizes an ocean of liquid light that contains many colors and frequencies which provide healing for a wide range of conditions and issues
- Learn 1 Reiki healing symbol
- 1 Reiki healing symbol attunements/placement – this activation gives you the ability to channel the Reiki healing frequency for life (Reiki healing symbols are only able to be passed down from a Reiki Master to a student through a sacred transference process)
- Chakras and the Aura – what they are and how to identify blockages or energetic disturbances in these locations
- Methods to utilize Reiki to clear, balance and charge your own energy, the energy of others and a physical space
- Learn how to charge a crystal or object with Reiki
- Practice on yourself and with others in the class
- Receive tips, tricks and feedback from a seasoned full-time Reiki Master while practicing
Day 2 : Learn how to do Reiki on others
- Receive the “Holy Love” Reiki Experience – This healing experience installs Divine Love more clearly and deeply in to one’s Soul. Divine Love is a special kind of love that is more highly refined and has a higher level of consciousness than human love. It is an enhancement of your own ability to love so there are no unhealthy feelings associated with it

- 2 Reiki healing symbol attunements/placements (Reiki healing symbols are only able to be passed down from a Reiki Master to a student through a sacred transference process)
- Learn hand positions for doing Reiki on yourself and on others
