What You Will Learn

Over two deeply impactful days, you’ll be introduced to the foundations of Reiki, learning to connect with this universal energy to perform self-treatments and extend healing to others

Day One – Foundations:

This hands-on day focuses on your personal well-being. You’ll gain the tools and attunements necessary to nurture your personal energy and support the well-being of friends and family using your Level 1 certification.

Day Two – Professional Practice:

This training day empowers you with the essential skills, symbols, and understanding required for professional practice, opening the path to becoming a certified Level 2 Reiki practitioner.

Finding a Reputable Practitioner:

Since the field is not universally standardized, it is important to research and choose a certified practitioner or a Reiki Master whom you feel comfortable with

 

I was interested in practicing/ learning about Reiki and was guided to contact Ms.Catherine after some research. She is amazing and helped me feel really at home and comfortable as someone who can be a bit nervous at times. Booking a Consultation: Before your first session, consider a brief consultation to ask questions, discuss your intentions or specific health concerns, and ensure the practitioner is a good fit.

 

After finishing Reiki training it can feel really isolating and untethered. The Reiki Support Group Meetings are the perfect antidote. Once a month we join together in mutual support and healing. It is such an honor to co-create this space with other practitioners. How lucky are we to have such a beautiful gathering?
