Holy Fire® III Reiki Energy Healing Session
Prepare for a deeply restorative and balancing experience with this Holy Fire III Reiki session.
Before we begin, we’ll briefly discuss any intentions you may have for your healing, allowing me to personalize the session for you.
As you settle in, I’ll guide you through a gentle meditation to release tension and center your energy. You’ll drift into a state of deep relaxation, ready to receive the healing Reiki energy.
I may incorporate aromatherapy, the cleansing aroma of sage or palo santo, and the supportive energy of crystals to enhance your experience, though these are completely optional.
What to expect from a session
During the Reiki healing, you might feel a soothing warmth, gentle tingling, or a sense of lightness as your energy field is cleansed and balanced. I’ll focus on your main 7 chakras (energy centers), auric layers (the energetic field that surrounds your body), and Merkaba (your personal connection to the Universal energy), working to harmonize your energy system.
My hands will be either gently placed on your body or hovering above you, depending on your preference. Sacred symbols and chants may be used to further amplify the healing.
Following the Reiki, you’ll gently return to full awareness, feeling refreshed and centered. We’ll then have some time to discuss your experience and any insights that arose for you during the session. This particular session focuses on energy healing, clearing, and balancing.
