What is the time commitment for joining?
To allow your mind and body to experience the cumulative, lasting benefits of regular energy alignment, we ask for a 3-month initial season of care. After your initial 3 months, your membership automatically shifts to a flexible month-to-month schedule at your locked-in rate of $99/month, allowing you to continue your practice as long as it serves you.

Your membership fee of $99 is automatically processed on the same day each month (the date you signed up). This locks in your founding rate indefinitely for as long as you remain enrolled.

How do I schedule my monthly session?
Upon enrolling, you’ll receive an email with a private scheduling link. You can use this link to select a 60-minute time slot that fits seamlessly into your schedule each month.
What If I Can't Make A Monthly Session ?
What if I have a busy month and can't make my session? Consistency is key to energy work, so we encourage you to prioritize your monthly hour of rest! However, we know life happens:
- Gifting Option: If you know you cannot make your session during a given month, you are welcome to gift your 60-minute session to a friend or loved one as a gesture of care.
- Scheduling Window: Sessions are intended to be used within each monthly billing cycle, but if you need to reschedule within your active month, our self-booking calendar makes it easy to shift your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. We want this offering to support your life, not add stress.
- After your initial 3-month commitment, you may pause or cancel your membership at any time by sending a quick email request at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
- If you ever need to take a short hiatus for extended travel or life events, just reach out via email and we will work with you to pause your account.
