Join us for a deeply intentional Kundalini Yoga Kirtan, a special gathering to honor the Virgo Solar Eclipse. This is a powerful time for grounding and renewal, and together, we will chant 62 Minutes of Mul Mantra followed by a Gong Bath Integration.
Saturday Sept 20th 5 -7 pm
Through the sacred practice of chanting, we will connect as a group and raise our consciousness, creating a unified field of intention. By attuning our energies through the power of group consciousness, we will ground ourselves, allowing for profound insights and a clear, focused mind to emerge.
