Kundalini Yoga Classes Terms of Service

Cancelation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel a class. To be fair to all our students and instructors, we have a clear policy to ensure everyone has a chance to practice.

For all classes, we have a 2-hour cancellation window.

Cancel On Time

If you cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before the class start time, you will not be charged. If you are using a class pack, the class credit will be returned to your account.

Fail to Cancel

If you cancel with less than 2 hours' notice or do not show up for class, you will be charged for the class. If you are using a class pack, the credit for that class will be forfeited.

You can easily cancel and reschedule your reservation online through our booking system.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and fair experience for our entire SoulSpark! Yoga community.

Class Sign Up Window

You may sign up for a class up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. This ensures that our teachers have an accurate class count and can prepare for your arrival.

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions regarding the purchase and use of SoulSpark! Yoga class packages. By purchasing a class package, you agree to these terms.

These terms and conditions apply to all classes and events shared through SoulSpark! Yoga.

Packages

  • Package Validity & Options
  • All class packages are valid from the date of purchase.
  • Once a package expires, any unused classes are forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
  • Class Package Options:
  • 3-Class Pack: Valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
  • 5-Class Pack: Valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
  • 10-Class Pack: Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • Unlimited Monthly Membership: Valid for up to 31 days from the date of purchase – 3 Month Commitment
  • Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
  • All class packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who purchased them.
  • Class packages are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Policy
  • Our standard cancellation policy applies to all classes booked using a class package. If you cancel a class with less than 2 hours' notice or do not show up, you will lose the class credit.
  • Purchase and Usage
  • Class packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • The purchase of a class package does not guarantee a spot in any specific class. Reservations are required and are subject to class availability.
  • Acknowledgement
  • By purchasing a class or package you agree to these terms
  • I have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand the expiration dates and the non-refundable and non-transferable nature of the class package.
