It began with a two-year experience working closely with a holistic shamanic psychotherapist, which introduced me to Kundalini yoga and sparked a profound interest in various healing modalities. It was during this time I had a life-changing encounter with an intuitive energy healer, and the incredible impact of that session led me into the realm of energy healing.

My exploration eventually brought me to the transformative energy healing modality of Holy Fire Reiki; a practice that resonated deeply with me and inspired me to purse a Holy Fire III Reiki Master Certification. Alongside this, I had the privilege of working closely with teachers in Kundalini yoga and Herbalism forming a well-rounded foundation for my spiritual journey. 

I began offering Reiki sessions, and it was during these sessions that my channeling abilities became apparent and flourished. As I organically received messages of deep guidance from the higher realms for clients, I realized the divine gift of serving as a conduit to the Invisible World.

Since then, my practice has expanded, as I have continued to expand myself, by achieving Level 3 Soul Journeys Akashic Records Consultant, Psychic Mediumship and Kundalini Teacher Certifications. I find a great amount of joy and fulfillment in supporting and teaching Levels, I, II & Reiki Master Practitioner Trainings to Reiki students. Post Reiki Training, there is a Monthly Reiki Support Group shared to help Reiki Practitioners gain confidence and grow through community. Weekly Kundalini Yoga classes are taught to continue to empower the community through heartfelt connection, experience and healing.
