I am a full-time Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, Soul Journeys® Akashic Records Level 3 Consultant & Kundalini Yoga Spiritual Teacher! For short, you can consider me a professional Energy Healer that has some pretty intelligent channeling gifts that I would be happy to share with you!
In our sessions, my focus is on identifying the core causes of any chronic issues or recurring themes you may be experiencing and providing support for your healing journey. Through connecting with high vibrational Guides, our aim is to uncover the root causes of mental, physical and emotional pain points or blocks, facilitating deep, cellular, and Soul level healing. The intention is to create positive shifts in your day-to-day life, alleviating the weight you may have been carrying. Clients often report feeling these energetic shifts happening in real time.
My personal self-healing journey began while I worked closely with a holistic shamanic psychotherapist. This sparked my passion for Kundalini Yoga and prompted my interest in discovering other healing modalities. A deepening in self-discovery led me to meet an intuitive energy healer whose impact on me was life changing. I then researched energy healing techniques and stumbled on Holy Fire® III Reiki Energy Healing. I felt inspired and became a Holy Fire® III Reiki Master.
Over the course of a few years, I had the privilege of working closely with two Kundalini Yoga teachers and Herbalism mentor, while immersing myself in the study and practice necessary to attain my Psychic Mediumship, Soul Journeys® Akashic Records and Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certifications. This transformative period gifted me the courage to shift my focus from a career in Construction Management to fully dedicate myself to birthing a heart-centered and intentional spiritual business.
